Before you jump into the rush of the week, I want to give you something simple—but powerful.

Five minutes.
That’s all you need to reset your mind and shift your entire day.

No apps.
No long routines.
Just you, your breath, and a moment of calm.

🕒 Minute 1 — Arrive

Sit comfortably.
Put both feet on the floor.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.

Take one slow breath and silently say:
“I’m here.”

🕒 Minute 2 — Breathe

Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 2 counts.
Exhale for 6 counts.

Repeat this gentle rhythm.
Each exhale is a soft release:
Let go of rushing. Let go of tension.

🕒 Minute 3 — Notice

Look around you.
Slowly name 3 things you can see in your space.
Then name 2 things you can feel.
Finally, name 1 thing you can hear.

You just grounded your nervous system—instantly.

🕒 Minute 4 — Focus

Pick one thing you want to do today that truly matters.
Not ten.
Just one.

Ask yourself:
“What’s one action that will make today feel meaningful?”

Write it down.
That is your priority.

🕒 Minute 5 — Intend

Close your eyes for one final breath.
Inhale: clarity.
Exhale: distraction.

Say this quietly or in your mind:
“Today, I choose calm. Today, I choose purpose.”

Open your eyes.
Your Monday is different now.

A Simple Reminder

You don’t need a perfect morning routine.
You don’t need motivation to magically appear.

You only need five mindful minutes to shift your entire week.

If today feels chaotic, come back to this.
You can restart your Monday at any moment.

A simple breathing and grounding exercise to start your week calmly.
